Because all products sold by Avelia are digital eBooks, this policy describes how your purchase is delivered electronically rather than shipped physically. Please read it carefully before completing your order.
1. Nature of Our Products
All items sold on this website are digital downloadable products (eBooks in PDF format). We do not produce, package, or ship any physical goods. As such, there are no shipping carriers, tracking numbers, customs forms, or physical delivery addresses involved in any order.
2. How Delivery Works
Once your payment has been successfully processed via Stripe, your order is fulfilled automatically and instantly. You will receive your purchased eBook(s) through one or both of the following methods: a direct download link displayed on the order confirmation page immediately after checkout, and/or an email sent to the address provided at checkout containing your download link(s). In most cases, delivery is immediate; in rare instances involving high traffic or technical delays, delivery may take up to 30 minutes.
3. No Shipping Fees, No Delivery Times to Track
Since no physical product is shipped, there are no shipping costs added to your order, and there is no transit time to wait for. Your purchase is available as soon as payment is confirmed.
4. Worldwide Availability
Because delivery is fully digital, our products are available for purchase and instant download from anywhere in the world, without restrictions related to international shipping, customs duties, or import taxes.
5. Ensuring Successful Delivery
To ensure you receive your files without issue, please double-check that you enter a valid and active email address at checkout, add support@alanaboutique.com to your contacts or safe sender list to avoid spam filtering, and check your spam, junk, or promotions folder if you do not see the confirmation email within 15 minutes. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address entered by the customer, or by third-party email provider spam filters beyond our control.
6. Technical Requirements
Our eBooks are delivered in PDF format. To access your purchase, you will need a device with internet access to download the file, and a compatible PDF reader (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, Apple Books, or any standard PDF viewer) to open and view it. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their device meets these basic requirements prior to purchase.
7. Download Access
Download links provided at checkout and via email remain valid for a reasonable period to allow you to access your files. We recommend downloading and saving your eBook(s) to your device promptly after purchase. If your download link expires or you lose access to your files, contact us and we will gladly resend them at no additional cost.
8. Non-Delivery or Issues
If you complete a purchase and do not receive your eBook(s) within 30 minutes, after checking your spam folder, please contact us immediately at support@alanaboutique.com with your order number. We will investigate and resend your files as quickly as possible. Our goal is to ensure every customer successfully receives their purchase.
