We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following terms carefully before buying, as our products are digital and delivered instantly.

Digital Products

All products sold by Avelia are digital eBooks delivered electronically via instant download. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or the download link has been accessed.

Eligibility for Refunds

We will consider a refund only in the following cases: the file is corrupted or fails to open and we are unable to resolve the issue, you were charged more than once for the same order in error, or the product delivered is significantly different from what was described at the time of purchase.

To request a refund under these conditions, contact us at support@alanaboutique.com within 7 days of purchase, including your order number and a description of the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for change of mind after the product has been downloaded, failure to read the product description before purchase, or technical issues unrelated to the file itself (such as device compatibility, which is the buyer's responsibility to verify before purchase).

Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria above.
